# No. 22 – Primorbis

The (dis)order of prime numbers as spatial form — a pull toward the centre and a fragment of a potentially boundless system.

- **Parts:** 162 cone segments

Primorbis translates the (dis)order of prime numbers into a spatial, almost gravitational form. Each circle is divided into segments whose count corresponds to a prime number: from the innermost circle with two segments outwards through the outer rings, the count grows along the sequence of primes.

With each outer track, the segments continuously increase in height. This creates a funnel-like sense of depth, a pull that draws the gaze toward the centre while at the same time seeming to extend outward. Primorbis presents no closed body, but rather a fragment of a potentially boundless system — a sculptural approach to the mystery of prime numbers.
