# Exhibition “Geheimnis Papier 2023”

Masterpieces of Paper Art – Schloss Burgau (Düren)

I am very happy about my first exhibition. Here is an excerpt from the [press release of the City of Düren](https://www.dueren.de/de/verwaltung-politik/stadtverwaltung/presse/pressemitteilung/geschoepft-gepraegt-gepresst-gegossen-und-geschnitten):

> This year’s exhibition demonstrates how multifaceted and versatile the medium of paper can be in the visual arts.
>
> Six artists from across Germany, some of whom exhibit internationally, were invited for the presentation: Walter Dohmen, Setsuko Fukushima, Franz-Josef Kochs, Aja von Loeper, Maria Elisa Quiaro, and Larisa Semke.
>
> Larisa Semke presents some of her “Larigamis” at Schloss Burgau. These are large-format complex geometric shapes, structures, landscapes, and floral-looking objects created using the origami technique.
>
> The exhibition “Geheimnis Papier” at Schloss Burgau can be visited until January 7, 2024. Opening hours are Wednesdays and Saturdays from 2 PM to 5 PM and Sundays from 11 AM to 5 PM. Admission is free.
