# Big Art Show 2026

*The Art Department, Paisley, Scotland — August 29 – November 14, 2026*

One of the largest open-entry exhibitions in Britain

With more than 1,000 works, the [Big Art Show in Scotland](https://bigartshow2026.artcall.org/) is one of the largest open-entry exhibitions in Britain: painting, drawing, photography, textile art, sculpture, ceramics, mixed media and installation.

The 2026 edition is the fifth, and the first to run for almost three months — at the new permanent home of [The Art Department](https://art-department.org/) in Paisley.
