No. 14 – Frigoris Paper Relief by Larisa Semke

“Frigoris” – The title evokes the Latin word frigus (cold, freshness) and sounds like the name of a river.

This work combines clear geometric shapes with a gentle, flowing impression. The structure appears organic yet rigorously thought-out, almost like a faceted surface of ice or crystalline forms that seem to slowly flow into the deep blue background.

The cool palette of white and blue tones creates an atmosphere of quiet clarity, while the rhythmic pattern leads the viewer into a meditative flow.
