No. 15 – Sonova Paper Relief by Larisa Semke

“Sonova” – captures the harmony of sound (Sonus) and forest (Silva) in a pixelated representation. The composition consists of square and circular paper elements arranged in various sizes and heights – like building blocks of nature that follow a subtle but palpable inner logic.

Their arrangement is reminiscent of a graphic equalizer, translating the invisible vibrations and tones of nature into a visual form. Through the pixel-like fragmentation, a modern, abstracted image of floral forms and acoustic perceptions emerges.
